Connect SparkTG cloud telephony with Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Mail, and Zoho Desk in 5 simple steps using PhoneBridge.
Follow these steps to integrate your Zoho account with SparkTG telephony.
If you don't have a Zoho account yet, create one at go.zoho.com/rfI →
Log into your Zoho account and follow the sub-steps below.
Setup icon in the main navigation.Telephony under the CHANNELS section.ENABLE PHONEBRIDGE.No further configuration of PhoneBridge in Zoho is required. Proceed to Step 3.

After enabling PhoneBridge, log into your SparkTG account. From the Administration Dashboard, navigate to the dropdown on the top bar, select Zoho, then click Enable.


Clicking Enable will redirect you to the Zoho login page. Log in with your credentials and click Accept to authorize PhoneBridge.

Back in the SparkTG Administration page, navigate to the Zoho section (next to Agent Status). Enable the Zoho users you want to map as SparkTG telephony agents, then choose a free extension from the dropdown and click Enable.
